Webshop terms and conditions

Prices and payment
At Bageglad you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron or with PayPal. The amount is withdrawn from your chosen payment method immediately after placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in the listed prices and reserve the right to change them. All prices are shown in DKK (Danish Kroner) – the USD and EUR prices shown are only indicative.

Delivery
Physical items are shipped to addresses in Denmark. Shipping costs are 29 DKK. You will be notified when your order is sent with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Delivery times on physical items is 2-3 week days. Delivery times means the number of week days before the item is dispatched from Bageglad. If there are significant delivery delays you will be notified as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal
Physical items purchased in Bageglad’s webshop are refundable for 14 days. The period is counted from the day you receive the item.

You are accountable for return shipping fees related to the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal must be reported to Bageglad latest 14 days after you have received the item. You must notify via email to info@bageglad.dk. The email must clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot practice your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to receive the package without written notification.

Items that fall outside the right of withdrawal
The following types of items do not have a right of withdrawal: Items that have an obvious personal customization (such as a signed book).

Warranty rights
There is a 2-year warranty on our products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering any defects. The defect must have been present upon receipt of the item and must not be due to improper handling of the item after receipt, as this would void the warranty. Complaints must be reported to Bageglad within a reasonable time after receiving the item.

Rights

Copyright
Bageglad holds the copyright to all images and text on this blog and in my books. If I use content from another source, it will always be clearly credited. You are not permitted to use any of my images or text without first asking for my permission and obtaining written consent—and I regularly check to ensure that my content is not being used illegally.

Sponsored posts and products
I work with sponsors on my blog. This means I sometiems receive products that I test, review or give away as prizes. It will always be marked clearly if a product used in a post is sponsored. I always share my honest opinion – even though a product may be sponsored.

Affiliate links
Some of my posts contain affiliate links. This means that if you click on one of these links and then make a purchase from the webshop I linked to, I receive a small percentage of the amount you spend. This makes no difference in the price of your purchase. This helps cover the costs of keeping the blog running. It will always be disclosed in a post if it contains affiliate links.

Personal information

When you use Bageglad.dk, some personal information about you is collected if you click on any of our content, subscribe to the newsletter, write a comment or message to me, or participate in competitions or surveys.

The following information is always collected: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or smartphone, your IP adress, geographic location and which pages you click.

The following information is only collected if you give explicit permission and enter the information yourself: your name, email, website and link to your social media profiles.

If you purchase products on Bageglad.dk, you will need to provide the following personal information: Name, email, phone number, and address. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. The information is stored by Bageglad for five years, after which it is deleted. Personal information is transmitted and stored in an encrypted format, and when entering card and bank details, an encrypted SSL connection is used to secure the information as best as possible. As a registered user, you always have the right to access your information and can object to the registration in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

I have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is not published, lost or misused against legal regulations.

Purpose
The purpose of collecting the information is to show you relevant ads, to register your comments and inquiries, to deliver the services you request (e.g., sending our newsletter), and to deliver the goods you have purchased Besides this I also use the information to optimize services and content on the website.

Retention period
The information is stored for the period allowed by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The time period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. For this reason I cannot note a general time period for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
Data about how you use the website, which ads you are shown and click on, your geographical location, gender, age segment, etc., is shared with third parties (see the “Cookies” section above). The information is distributed to enable targeted advertising.

I use a number of third parties to store and mine data as well. These third parties only use the information on my behalf and may not use it for own benefit. Distribution of personal information like name and email will only happen if you give explicit permission to do so. I only use data mining within EU or countries that are able to protect your information.

Access
You have the right to be informed about what personal data we hold about you. You can also oppose that the information is used. You can at any time recall your consent to use the information about you. If the information about you is wrong, you have the right to require it deleted or updated. Any requests regarding this should be sent to info@bageglad.dk. If you want to complain about the way I treat your personal data, you can contact the Danish Datatilsynet.
