Bageglad owns the copyright of all images and text on this blog. If I reference another source this will always be clearly marked. It isDet er not permitted to use any of my images or text without asking for permission and receiving written permission. I reguarly check that my work is not plagiarised illegally.

Sponsored posts and products
I collaborate with sponsors on my blog. This means that I sometimes receive products to test or use as gifts. It will always be marked clearly if a product used in a post is sponsored. I always share my honest opinion, even though some products are sponsored.

Affiliate links
Some of my posts contain affiliate links. This means that if you click an affiliate link and then purchase something from the webshop it links to, I will receive a comission. This makes no difference in the price of your purchase. This helps pay my expenses for running the blog. A post will always be marked if it contains affiliate links.

Bageglad collects information about our visitors by using cookies. Cookies are a little file that is saved on your computer, tablet or smartphone, when you visit my website. This file enables me to see which pages you visit and which links you click so that I can optimize the blog, content and ads, so that my users get a good experience and relevant content. I cannot see any kind of personal information about you. Cookies cannot contain damaging code such as malware or virus.

You can disable cookies in your browser if you do not want me to use them. If you delete or block cookies in your browser, you cannot help me improve my blog and ads cannot be targeted to you – thus they will show more often. You also risk the website not working optimally and there may be some content you cannot access.

Bageglad.dk collects cookies from the following third parties: Google Analytics, YouTube, PartnerAds and Google Adsense.

Personal information

When you use Bageglad.dk I collect some information about you. This only happens if you sign up to my newsletter, write a comment, send me a message or participate in polls.

The following information is always collected: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or smartphone, your IP adress, geographic location and which pages you click.

The following information is only collected if you give explicit permission and enter the information yourself: your name, email, website and link to your social media profiles.

I have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is not published, lost or misused against legal regulations.

Purpose
The purpose of collecting information is to show you relevant ads, to register your comments and questions, and to deliver the services you ask for (e.g. sending you my newsletter). Besides this I also use the information to optimize services and content on the website.

Length of storage
The information is stored in the timeframe that is allowed by legal regulations and I will delete them when they are no longer needed. The time period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. For this reason I cannot note a general time period for when information is deleted.

Distribution of information
The data about how you use my website, which ads are shown and clicked on, your geographic location, gender, age segment etc. is distributed to third parties (see which in the section above on ‘Cookies’). The information is distributed to enable targeted advertising.

I use a number of third parties to store and mine data as well. These third parties only use the information on my behalf and may not use it for own benefit. Distribution of personal information like name and email will only happen if you give explicit permission to do so. I only use data mining within EU or countries that are able to protect your information.

Insight
You have the right to request information about which information I store about you. You can also oppose that the information is used. You can at any time recall your consent to use the information about you. If the information about you is wrong, you have the right to require it deleted or updated. Any requests regarding this should be sent to info@bageglad.dk. If you want to complain about the way I treat your personal data, you can contact the Danish Datatilsynet.
